Returning the goods

Money and return policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving any reason.

You can cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the ordered goods.

If you wish to cancel your order successfully, you must inform us and provide all the necessary information.

You can inform us about the cancellation of your order by email. labas@svarasusypsena.lt.

We will issue a refund no later than 30 days after we receive the returned goods. Your money will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order, without any additional refund fees.

Conditions for returning new goods:

To return purchased items, make sure that:

• The goods have been received in the last 14 working days.
• The goods are in the original packaging.
• The goods were not used.

Non-returnable items:

• Goods that have been used.
• Goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons after unpacking.

Returning the goods

You assume the risk of returning the goods. Please send the returned goods to the following address:

Neda Karalevičiūtė, Žirmūnų g. 47, Vilnius 09107. You can also send Omniva, DPD and LP Express parcel machines to Vilnius RIMI Žirmūnų g. 64, 88816.

We are not responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs during the return of the goods. We are also not responsible if the shipment is lost. Therefore, we suggest choosing a secure shipping service provider and sending with tracking. We will not be able to refund the money if you do not provide a receipt for the purchase of the goods or a receipt for the delivery of the goods (digital is also acceptable).

Gift cards

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
