Have you ever been disappointed in something? I allow myself to guess that it is.

First, let's consider why there is a chance of disappointment:

• Even before purchasing the product, we didn't believe in it and bought it to "prove" to ourselves that it is worthless (after all, it's all in our head);
• We had unrealistic expectations. For example, that it will clean years of old dirt that even the strongest chemistry cannot overcome. Or that the product will practically clean itself, it is enough to touch the contaminated surface and the surface will become clean (believe me, there are such expectations);
• We use Raypath wipes based on old habits that have come from using regular wipes (these are NOT regular wipes);
• We do not maintain the product according to the recommendations (maintenance is extremely easy, but there are a few important points to remember).

🌿 Before using the cloths for the first time, activate:

Hand wash wet and damp cleaning cloths (i.e. all except the pink one) by letting the cloths soak in water or in the washing machine (no fabric softener, up to 60 degrees). and up to 800 rpm). The wipes do not need to be dry before use (only the pink glove and Sunbeam drying cloth should be used dry).

🌿 Using cloths for the first time, keep in mind that this is a new product and like every product we get used to it slowly. Think of a new pair of leather shoes or a new car, it takes time to get used to them and they adapt to us. The same goes for cloths - don't use them to clean the hardest-to-clean surfaces or stubborn dirt, start with easier-to-clean surfaces. 🌿 Although cloths often overcome even very old, large dirt - this is just a bonus, not a rule. Please note that our towels NO flakes and they are created for daily home CARE, and not for scrubbing dirt that hasn't been cleaned for several years. It is recommended to "exfoliate" such dirt with chemicals and then successfully use our cloths.

If we rub and press with a cloth, it will not clean. We clean with gentle circular movements, so that the tubes in the hair have the opportunity to collect the dirt emulsion. If for some reason you haven't washed the cloth in the washing machine for a long time, only by hand, wash it in the washing machine at least once a month as a preventive measure. You can also wash with other laundry.
